Easy access to everything, all you need is within a very short walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially like 'Christina' as she had a very bubbly personality and went that extra mile for anything you enquired about. Rooms are kept very clean. Restaurant was good for breakfast but not sure about dinner as we went elsewhere, however we did notice that it was always busy. Bus stops into Torrox Costa and Malaga etc are within a few hundred metres.
I would liked to have had a bar in the hotel but it was not really a problem as It's sister hotel straight across the road had a bar with access all night if required!

We had family nearby on holiday, that was the reason for choosing this hotel: the nearest with availability for the lowest price.
This hotel has 3 stars, but is not worth them! If the Santa Rosa Hotel, which also is a sr Hotel has 3 stars (and this one is located at the beach and a lot more beautiful), Torre Arena just can not have the same amount! Worst of all: Horrible views (except from the pool) and bad cleaning!

Staff were pleasant. Hotel quiet and peaceful. Nice pool on roof terrace
Basically it's a bit of a con. Advertises rooms with sea view, but conveniently forgets to add that when you "sit" on your tiny balcony (no seats provided) there is a busy road between you, the hotel Santa Rosa across the road and the seas!!" Also no hot water in the mornings. How difficult is that these days?

Everything was good, no reason to complain, I would definitely recommend it. Location: the hotel was close enough to the beach and rests, the restaurant and taxi. The room was tidy and huge, I slept well.

The location was particularly good, for example, Iglesia Santiago el Mayor was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The place was lovely and incredibly friendly, no complaint, strongly recommend...

In the twin room, you'll find an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It's a quiet spot super close to the beach, and the breakfast is absolutely delightful. Plus, you're not too far from a restaurant 🍳.

The hotel had a good location, close to the bus stop and within walking distance to the town center. the room was also decent and had a balcony which provided a good view of the surrounding area. the staff were really nice and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. the pool was dirty and unusable, and the room also seemed to have some hygiene problems.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Torrox Costa, offering a less crowded beach and a peaceful area to relax. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for dining and entertainment. the staff at the hotel, including the bar staff, were extremely friendly and attentive. the room was spacious and had a large terrace, although there was no view. It was easily accessible to other parts of Torrox by foot or car.
Although the hotel was nice and clean, it would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony to enjoy the sun. the bathroom needed an extractor fan as there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain.
